It is our mission to find this burger. And I am happy to welcome you to be a part of this journey. Let's begin with the most critical aspect of finding the perfect burger. The burger rating chart.

Burger Rating Chart

HISTORIC NON-FACT

How to rate a burger has been contested and debated for hundreds of years. Wars have been fought over the type of rating needed. Cultural migrations occurred due to differences in taste and families have been broken apart over the consistency of a burger patty. In fact, the divorce rate in the United States climaxed due to the disagreements and relationships over the quality of burger meat. All of these conflicts were put to rest by the implementation of a proper rating system.

For your guiding reference list of categories required rate the perfect burger. It goes without saying quality and taste matter.

1. BUN

Here the 10 most popular buns (but not limited to): Plain, Sesame Seed, Potato, English Muffin, Pretzel, Sliced Bread, Ciabatta, lettuce, kaiser roll, brioche and other stuff.

FUN FACT

The easy-going portability achieved by the application of a patty to a bun is central to the burger's appeal. It wasn't until 1921 that Walter Anderson, a cofounder of the White Castle chain, developed the first bun designed expressly for a burger. Nowadays, some 8 billion burger buns are produced each year, and the versions range from sesame seed-dotted domes to crusty artisanal rolls. Kaiser roll, the bulk, and fluffy interior of this classic bun, make it an excellent vehicle for big, juicy backyard burgers.

2. BOTTOM SAUCE

The sauce that sits on the bottom bun.

3. PATTY

Meat, vegetable, or Fish patty.

(I personally do not believe in chicken or turkey burgers... SORRY)

4. CHEESE

What type of cheese and why.

5. ONION

Fresh, roasted, prepped, or reimagined.

6. PICKELED

What type of pickling and why?

7. FRUIT AND VEGETABLE

The tomato is a fruit! Vegetables or fruits are equally judged by their personality, ego, and pleasantness.

8. TOP SAUCE

Magic sauce obviously the best. Because it's magic. Otherwise sauce is key. It shall not overpower but complement the overall composition.

9. EXTRA LAYER

The extra layer can add an unexpected bonus. Let's be clear more is always more, but sometimes less is more effective.

10. OVERALL TASTE

This is the top of all category. Here it becomes clear whether the composition of all the other categories accomplish the ultimate goal. Nirvana! For your mouth, belly, and soul.
